After consultation and debate, it was decided that the fairest thing to do would be to make the coupon in the next Sunday paper val ued at 30 votes. This was done. No sooner was it announced than the contestants began laying plans for getting copies of to-morrow's American. In hundreds of cases sub scribers ware canvassed early in 1 h a week and induced to prottfise to | save to-morrow's coupon for contestants. News dealers were besieged with inquiries, and many of them have increased their orders for to-morrow, foreseeing unusual demand. Watch the totals rise as soon as these coupons btgin to come In.
