Marlon Capps, a former Metho dist preacher, has filed an appeal 11 to the State Supreme Court from a sentence of death Imposed upon him by a Sebastian County jury. He was convicted of burning to death three j of his children. Evidence at the trial was that the children were tied in I bed, which was saturated with oil, 11 and the hoime fired.
