soon occupy the other house.

of interest in the "home-coming day"
of the DeKalb citizens. Appropriate
exercises will precede the banquet as

Want Space in Skyscraper.
William T. Healey, builder of the
Healey Building, reported Monday
that diagrams showing office space
in his structure would be out in a

Hurt Building, one entire floor .of
which has been leased.
The Healey steel has gone above
the tlrst floor, and riveting will prob
ably be started Wednesday.
Auction Sales Tuesday.
Although the number of important
parcels to be sold before the court
house door Tuesday morning Is small
er than usual, a large and representa
tive crowd is expected to attend. Auc
tion sales are welcomed by real estate
men to break the monotony of con
tinual trading In the offices, as well as
furnishing an occasional "line” on
what is going on in certain private
estates.
The parcels put up by Forrest &
George Adair are always of interest,
and this firm announces that it will
sell 14 and 16 Ponders Avenue, just off
Marietta Street, and renting for $59.60
