A subcommittee of the State Leg islature has taken hold of the bill to repeal the bill of 1910, which pro hibits loans of State and municipal funds on real estate. Committees of the Atlanta Real Estate Board ap peared at the Capitol Tuesday after noon to present arguments In favor of the repeal, and they received a warm reception.
