Big Supplemental Mortgage.
The Georgia Railway and Electric
Company has given the American
Trust Company, of Massachusetts, a
supplemental mortgage on all its
lines, conduits, ducts, poles and cer
tain tracts of land on Simpson street,
Decatur street and College avenue,
Decatur, acquired or constructed
since the execution of a principal in
denture on January’ 1. 1909. The prin
cipal indenture was to secure an Is
sue of $20,000,000 Improvement mort
gage sinking fund gold bonds.

Disposal Plant Completed.
News that the city’s sewage dis
posal plant on Peachtree Creek is
soon to be completed has aroused a
good deal of interest in realty and
construction circles. For several vears
Peachtree Creek has been a problem
to property owners near it. but now
that sanitary measures are being
taken, owners look for steady en
hancement. R. M. Sullivan took th©

A. Dady gave It up. The structure
