North Winship, a popular young
Macon man, who has been United
States Consul at the Tahiti Islands
for two years, will arrive In Macon
next week for a visit to his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Nat R. Winship, before
going to Owens Falls. Ontario, Cana
da, where he has been assigned for
duty. It is probable that Mr. and
Mrs. Winship will spend the ensuing
year with their son.
Mrs. Walter Lawton, of Jackson
ville, is visiting her mother, Mrs. B.
T. Ray.
Dr. W. N. Ainsworth is spending
his vacation at Ocean Orove, N. J.,
where he addresed the annual Chau
tauqua last Sunday.

Kitchens, of this city, and Miss Julia
Porter, of Danville, at the residence
