Fulton Wants Plant Moved Lawyer Living Near Fertilizer Fac tory Says Complaints Will Cause Action—Land Is Valuable. That a. fight on the fertilizer facto ries in North Fulton County is coming before a great while seems to be cer tain. Property owners who are mov ing to the neighborhood of Peachtree Creek are continuing to complain. The general impression seems to be that the factories should either install ma chinery sufficient to do away with most of the objectionable odors or else move to neighborhoods that, are more remote and not so valuable from a real estate standpoint. Discussing the situation Saturday, a well-known lawyer, who lives near the largest of the factories, said: "All that is neecssary for the prop.- erty owners to do is to complain of the factories and the-courts will grant a hearing. One owner can do, this, or It can be done through petition. If It Is established that the plants are objectionable, they will either have to move or cease being an objectioi. There are around me subdivisions that in a few years will he filled with high-class residents, and I don’t* be lieve the factories ca.i stay very much longer.’’ J. W.
