failed to do. The A., B. and A.

believed will let it out at any time
that it desires to enter the Terminal
Station.”

George have been in several interest

Division of DeFoor Estate.
The DeFoor estate, consisting of
acreage tracts on the Campbellton

mated at $128,642, has been divided
among the heirs, J. C., C. L. and
Thomas E. DeFoor and Daisy E. Mor

Stone for Retaining Walls.
Part of the stone for the West
Peachtree retaining walls has been
hauled to place at the Hunnicutt
street dip, and it is expected that
other preliminaries to regrading will
be started in a few days. The fill at
the Corinthian apartment house will
be about four feet. West Peachtree
will be greatly Improved with regrad
ing and will be used by hundreds of
automobillsts and others who now
thread their way along crowded
Peachtree.
Mr. Candler Sells.
Asa G. Candler sold Tuesday the
first piece of property since his return
