TOUR OWN IDEAS IN A HOME.
EVERY person has his own Ideas in regard to his own home. To
get these ideas worked out properly, there is only one solution:
that is to build it himself. Most people haven’t the time and mon
ey to do this, so have to take the ideas of someone else, which, nine
times out of ten, are all wrong, since very few of us have the same
ideas in regard to details .which, as we all know, play a very impor
tant part in each home.
WE are just about to compete a modem, stone-front, 7-room bunga
low in one of Atlanta’s prettiest residence parks—West End Park.
The foundation and body are almost completed. The plastering,
painting and inside details are just about to be put in.
WE offer you an unusual opportunity to come in, talk over your sit
uation with us, give us your ideas and let us work them out in this
unusually attractive location.
THIS home is on a lot 60 by 150 feet, facing two streets, which
gives you a permanent outlook.
THIS place has furnace heat, sleeping porch, hardwood floors and
every conceivable improvement.
THE price and terms are such that it places this individual home
within the reach of all.

Property owners near the Peach
tree Creek bridge are hoping that
some definite action will soon be
taken to clear out the bed of Peach
tree Creek. Since it was decided
Saturday by the County Commission
ers not to undertake th e job with
•onvicts citizens anticipate that day
laborers will be hired and that the
work will go on without much delay.
County Commissioner S. R Tur
man declared Monday that Chief of
Construction Clayton and F. A. Quil-
lian, chairman of the bond commis
sion, agreed with the County Com-
misioners that it would be unwise to
take convicts off sewer work and put
them on the Peachtree Creek job.
Captain Clayton and Mr. Quillian ap
peared at the last meeting and as
serted that they could protect the
Peachtree Creek Disposal Plant for
the present.
One hundred more convicts are
needed on th e Butler street sewer
work, declared a County Commis
sioner.

bought their 102 by 150 foot lot over
a year ago for $18,000 and are ready
to move from Forsyth and Garnett
streets. Their present property is
held for $60,000, and the church and
prospective buyers have come with
in $10,00 of a trade on two occa
sions. The new church will cost
about $60,000 and will have such in
stitutional improvements as a swim-
mnig pool, bowling alley, reading and
rest rooms, kindergarten, etc.
Railroad Developments Started.
People on the west side of the city
are waiting to see the result of rail
road activity that has been started in

houses to make ready for the exten
sion of a spur track through the rear
of the Walker Street tract to Haynes
street, where it is proposed to put
several large warehouses.
One building which will adorn the
group will be three stories high and

velopers do not go awry.
