Result of Directors’ Meeting.
Real estate dealers were much en
couraged Friday over the prospect o*
landirtg the 1916 convention of the
National Association of Real Estate
Exchanges, the directors of the At
lanta Real Estate Board having met
Thursday with Charles P. Glover and
Indorsed the movement. Mr Glover.
Harris G. White, president of the
realty board, and General A. J. West
spoke in favor of the project. A res
olution was passed calling on the
real estate men and the public in gen
eral to help get this convention, and
it is probable that in a »hort while
some definite plan of action will be
submitted.
The constitution and by-laws and
complete list of members and firms
of the Atlanta Real Estate Board w-ill
be contained in the new handbook to
be published October 1, as announced
at the meeting.
Mr. Glover, J. H. Ewing and Eagar
Morris were appointed a committee
to design a distinctive seal for the
use of the realty men in advertising.
