Woodside Company has been designated the "largest agency in the United States making a specialty of renting.” Lee, Comp ton & Patterson, real estate dealers of San Antonio, Texas, have written Harris G. White, president of the At lanta Real Estate Board, referring to the Woodside Agency in these terms, and asking for some pointers on how to establish a renting agency. The Woodside concern was the first exclusive renting agency in Atlanta, and the first to publish a weekly rent bulletin. Old Church House for Rent. The old Grace Methodist Church, at the junction of East Ellis and Hous ton streets and Boulevard, has been offered for rent by a local agency which suggests that it would make a good manufacturing site.
