There was more In the removal of the Peanhtree Dairy from No. 439 Peachtree to No. 813 Peachtree, as announced Monday, than appeared on the surface. This concern and others are making way for a $60,006 three- story and basement building to be erected by the Turman, Black & Cal houn real estate agency, to be used for purposes to be announced later. The destruction of the one-story buildings on the property has started and the new structure should be com pleted by January 1. Mrs. Henry H. Smith Is the owner. The Peachtree Dairy has leased No. 813 Peachtree through Turman, Black & Calhoun for three years at an ag gregate rental of $2,700. Mr. Parrott Changes Plans. George W. Parrott, the well-known financier, has changed his plane on the $12,000 bungalow at the north west corner of Peachtree and Sev enth streets, and instead of finishing his house, will probably erect a hand some apartment. The foundations of stone had cost approximately $1,000. Some time ago Mr. Parrott planned a ten-story apartment hotel for this corner, and It is expected that he will now build such a structure, or a handsome apartment house. The old Powers two-story frame house, which formerly stood on this lot, has been rolled back to the rear of the premises. Important Lease Situation. A. E. Marcus & Co., clothiers, are spelling out at auction their stock of goods at No. 57 Peachtree and pres ently the Thompson Restaurant Com pany of Chicago will move in. This property Is in the Hugh T.
