Mc- Nnughton, the Emanuel County phy sician who is under oentence of death for the killing of Fred Flanders. Chairman Davison read the tele gram without comment and declared that the ( ommission would not reply to Dr McNaughton. The recommen dation for a full pardon was forward ed late Thursday afternoon to Gov ernor Slaton, who probably will con sider the case fhr several weeks be fore reaching a decision. The reprieve granted by the Governor will expire on October 5.
