division of the proceeds among the
stockholders, or by other equitable pro
vision, by corporate assent. A major

right to apply for and to accept such
amendments to Its charter as may to
them seem meet and proper.
7. Petitioners further pray that they
may have all the powers, privileges and
immunities granted under the laws of
this State to private corporations, to
sue and be sued, to have and to use
a common seal, to purchase, hold, Im
prove and sell real estate and personal
property and be subject to the restric
tions and obligations placed on private
corporations by the laws of this State

may be incorporated and made a body
politic, under the name and style afore
