Right feeding isn’t a matter of quantity—most persons actually eat too much. But the selection of the right kind of food helps wonderfully to make men and women active and successful. Thejact is, some every day articles of food are so lack ing in certain food values as to make their common use more or less a menace to physical and mental well being. (Consti pation and a run down physical condition are readib traced to this lack.) Particularly is this true of food made from white flour, which is robbed of most of the mineral phosphates of the grain when the bran-coat is thrown out in the milling process.
