Congressman JIardwick is a mem ber, of the House Rules Committee, before whom the National Suffrage Convention recently had a hearing in Washington, and is understood to bo opposed to the movement. The Macon and Dublin Road has informed the commission that it will sell strictly intrastate mileage, in 500-mile books, at the rate of 2 1-2 cents per mile.
