The capital stock of said corpora tion is to be five thousand ($5,000) dol lars. divided into shares of one hundred ($100» dollars each, with the privilege of increasing Paid stock to any amount up to twenty-five thousand ($25,000) dol lars upon a majority vote of the stock holders of said corporation.
