The principal office of said corpora tion shall 1 be in Fulton County, Georgia, but petitioners desire that said corpo ration have the right to establish branch offices at other places in Georgia, and elsewhere, and the right to do business in such places as may be deemed to the interest of said company. 5. The capital stock of said corpora tion is to be five thousand .($5,000) dol lars. divided into shares of one hundred ($ 100 > dollars each, with the privilege of increasing said stock to any amount up to twenty-flve thousand ($26,000) dol lars upon a majority vote of the stock holders of said corporation.
