The capital stock of said corpora tion is to be five thousand .($5,000) dol lars. divided into shares of one hundred ($ 100 > dollars each, with the privilege of increasing said stock to any amount up to twenty-flve thousand ($26,000) dol lars upon a majority vote of the stock holders of said corporation.
