money and giving security therefor.
4 The principal office of said corpora
tion shall be in Fulton County, Georgia,
but petitioners desire that said corpo
ration have the right to establish branch
offices at other places in Georgia, ami
elsewhere, and the right to do business
in such places as may be deemed to the
interest of said company.
5. The capital stock of said corpora
tion is to be five thousand <$5.000) dol
lars, divided into shares of one hundred
($1(>0) dollars each, with the privilege
of increasing said stock to any amount
up to .twenty-five thousand ($25,000) dol
lars upon a majority vote of the stock
holders of said corporation. Ten per
cent of the minimum capital stock to
be paid in before commencing business,
a majority of the stock of said corpora
tion may, by the vote of the holders of
a majortiy of the stock of said corpora
tion. at any time, outstanding, cease to
do business, liquidate its affairs, dis
tribute Its assets and surrender its
charter.
Wherefore, having complied with the
law as to filing and publication, peti
tioners pray for an order incorporating
them, tueir associates and successors
under the name and style aforesaid,
with the rights, powers and privileges
as herein set forth, or as they now are.
