W. W. Wisdom, Jr., of Said State
and Ccuaty, and such others as they
may associate with them, respectfully
shows:
1. That they desire for themselves,
their associates, successors and assigns,
to be Incorporated under the name and
style of the Southern Bottling Company
for a period of twenty years, w’lth the
privilege of renewal at the expiration
of that time.
2. The object of said business is pe
cuniary gain to the stockholders there
of and the particular business to be
carried on Is the buying, selling and
manufacturing of all kinds of syrups
and beverages; to operate plants for
the bottling of near-beer and other bev
erages and syrups allowed by the laws
of Georgia; to conduct stores for the
sale thereof, and to act as agent for
other firms or companies, and to erect
plants and places of doing business in
any part of the United States and in
foreign countries: to own stock in other
companies; to buy, sell and encumber
real and personal property of every
kind.
3. The principal place of doing busi
ness of said corporation shall be in
Fulton County, Georgia.
4. The capital stock of said corpora
tion shall be ten thousand dollars, and
petitioners desire the right to pay
same in cash, real or personal property
or stock in other companies at a fair
and reasonable valuation. They desire
tlie right to increase said stock from
time to time to an amount not to ex
ceed one hundred thousand dollars.
5. The capital stock of said company
shall be divided into shares of the par
value of $10 per share'.
