other real property in Georgia and else
where. and the carrying on of general
farming operations, including the grow
ing of fruit, fruit trees, or any of the
Vegetable products of the earth, dealing
generally fn all farm products; also, se
curing. buying and selling options on
farm lands and other real estate; buy
ing, selling and trading in purchase
money notes and other evidences of in
debtedness; acting as agent for others

aging real estate; and of borrowing
money and giving security therefor
4. The principal office of said corpora
tion shall be in Fulton County. Georgia,
but petitioners desire that said corpo
ration have the right to establish branch
offices at other places in Georgia and
elsewhere, and the right to do business
fn such places as may be deemed to the
Interest of saki company.
6. The capital stock of said corpora
tion is to be five thousand ($5,000) dol
lars. divided into shares of one hundred
($100) dollars each, with the privilege
of increasing said stock to any amount
tip to twenty-five thousand (125.000) dol
lars upon a majority vote of the stock
holders of said corporation. Ten per
cent of the minimum capital stock to
be paid In before commencing business,
a majority of the stock of said corpora-
