optimistic over the prospect for 1914
business. As expected, the poet-hol
iday boom predicted has already be
gun. The first big sale of the week
was that by George Forrester, D. B.
Carson and Edward Dougherty of No
308 Peachtree for $104,000, or $2,000
per front foot.
Five sales were closed by the
Holmes & Luckie Realty Company,
amounting to $12,300; two lots in
Hedgerow* Heights, two on Howell
Mill road and one at Buckhead.
The West End Bank has purchased
