By virtue of the power and authority
granted in a certain loan deed executed
by F. N. Landrum to Germania Savings
Bank of Atlanta. Ga.. on the fifteenth
of December, 1904, recorded in Deed
Book 185, folio 680. in Fulton Superior
Court Clerk's office, which authorizes
and empowers said Germania Savings
Bank to sell the property hereinafter
described upon the failure of said F. N.
Landrum to pay any one of the series
of 114 promissory notes made by him to
the said Germania Savings Bank, and
secured by said loan deed, for the space
of 30 days after such note or notes be
came due; and said F. N. Landrum hav
ing made default in payment of a num
ber of said notes, which are for the sum
of fifty dollars each, tor more than 30
days, and such default still exists, said
Germania Savings Bank will sell, before
the courthouse door (being the same
Klace where the Sheriff of the County
as his sales) in Fu'ton County on the
second Tuesday in March, 1914, within
the legal hours of sale, to the highest
bidder for cash, all that tract or parcel
of land in said State and County and
described as follows. Fronting 37 feet
on an alley and running back north from

even width as front, being the west half
of the property consigned by William
