tion managers for the precincts In the
counties in which he shall exercise ju
risdiction of Ordinary and the mana
gers of the election shall on the day

The General Assembly s hereb{ glv
en power to create any additional stat
utory officers In said county or statu
tory courts, and to grovlde by law for
filling sald offices. Any vacancies that
may occur before the nextigeneral elec
tion In any of the offices created by
sald county may be filled as now pro
vided by law,
The sald County of Candler shall be
attached to the First Congressional Dis
trict, the Middle Judicial Circuit and
the éeventeenth Senatorial District, but
it shall be in the fmwer of the General
Assembly at any time to change the ju
dicial circuit to which sald éoumy of
Candler is atached, and the General As
sembly of Georgia is hereby given rower
to change sald County of Candler in ar
ranging Congressional and Senatorial
districts as is now provided by law.
That the Superior Court in sald County
of Candler shall be held on the third
Monday in February and August months
of each year, but it shall be within the
power of the General Assembly at any
time by law to change the time of
holding the courts and the number of
terms thereof. That the justices of the
peace and constables residing In the ter
ritory included within the new Counli
of Candler shall exercise the duties an

that all of the provisions of the law as
contained In Chapter 13 of the Code of
1010 are hereby made applicable to the
sald County of Candler whenever the

made applicable to the said County of
Candler, especlally the law in refer
ence to holding electlons for the pur
{»ose of creating a debt for sald coun
y; that when this amendment is adopt
ed, the sald County of Candler so
created by the adoption of this amend
ment shall become in all respects &
statutory county and shall be governed
by all laws now in force In this Stats
regululng counties and county officers.

two-thirds of the members elected by
the two houses of this General Assem
bly, and shall be entered on the journal
