NOTICE is hereby given that a meet
ing of the policyholders of The Pruden
tial Insurance Company of America will
be held at the Home Office of said
Company in the city of Newark, N. J.,
on Monday, the seventh day of Decem
ber, A. D. One Thousand Nine Hundred
and Fourteen, at 12 o'clock noon, to
consider the purchase by the said com
pany. for cash out of its surplus, for
the benefit of Its policyholders, of such
shares of its capital stock as may be
offered for sale at the price of 1456 per
share, pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 99 of the Laws or New Jersey
1913, and the order of the Chancellor or
said State made July 28, 1914.
At such meeting every oollcyholder
of the corporation who is or the age of
21 years or upwards and whose policy
has been in force for at least one year
last past shall be entitled to cast one
vote in person or by proxy.
