them for the finder's own use or advan

punished for simple larceny, A person
who finds lost goods is legally liable to
the rightful owner for their proper care
while in the finder's possession, and hv»‘
is legally entitled to be reimbursed for
expenses incurred in properly caring for
the goods found, and may retain thein
until such expenses are paid.
