Fogg-Frye Wedding.
The marriage of Miss Charlotte
Fogg and Dr. Augustus Homer Frye,
of Griffin, took place at 9 o'clock on
Wednesday evening at the home of
the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ww.
H. Fogg. Mrs. H. M. Brown, of Gaff
ney, 8. C., was matron of honor. Miss
Julla Fogg was her sister's maid of
honor, Misses Irene Hancock and

Brown, matron of honor, wore white
tulle and carried pink roses. Miss
Tulia Fogg wore white Georgette
*repe and Easter lilies. Miss Irene
Hancock was gowned in green taffeta
and silver lace, and Miss Mary Gray
wore pink taffeta and carried a show
er bouquet of pink sweetpeas and
valley - lilies. The little flower girl
wore white net and taffeta. The
bride’s mother, Mrs. Fogg, wore gray
taffeta and corsage of orchids. Mrs.
8. B. Frye, 6f Griffin, was gowned in
blue satin and white.crepe and wore
orchids.

evening at the Georglan Terrace and
fully 200 guests enjoyed the dancing

plece was a mound of sweetpeas and
the place cards were hand-painted
sweetpeas.

large sliver basket of Lady Hillington
roses, the handle tied with a bow of
yellow tulle. Silver candiesticks had
yellow silk shades. The place-cards
were small yellow baskets of banbons.

luncheon Thursday in horor of her
guest, Mrs, Stewart Phinizy, of Au

piece was a large silver basket filled
with Easter lilles and tied with large
green tulle bows. The silver candle
sticks were also tied with tulle. The
place-cards were silver monogram
cards.

gabardine combined with charmeuse.

Travelers’ Aid to Meet.
The Atlanta Woman's Missionary
Association, which supports the Trav
elers’ Aid work, will meet in the Cen
tral Congregational Church Friday at
3:30 o'clock. The meeting will be
opened by the Rev, William A. Lee,
pastor of Central Congregational
Church, and the address will be made
by Dr. Henry Alford Porter, pastor of
the Second Baptist Church, on “Per
sonal Service.” Reports will be given
and officers for the ensuing vear will
be elected. ,

a tea, following the opera, Thursday
afternoon at her home, Hexagon Hall,
