Hearst will entertain at a supper
dance Saturday evening, following the
performance of “La Boheme,” in the
rose room and the palm garden of the

Fogg-Frye Wedding.
The marriage of Miss Charlotte
Fogg and Dr. Augustus Homer Frye,
of Griffin, took place at 9 o’clock on
Wednesday evening at the home of
the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. w.
H. Fogg. Mrs. H. M. Brown, of Gaff
ney, 8. C,, was matron of honor. Mias
Julia Fogg was her sister's maid of
honor, Misses Irene Hancock and.

The bride wore white satin and
tulle embroidered in seed pearls. The
veill hung from a circle of orange
blossoms. She carried a shower bou
juet of orchids and valley lilies. Mrs.
Brown, matron of honor, wore white
tulle and carried pink roses. Miss
Julia Fogz wore white Georgette
crepe and Easter lilies. Miss Irene
Hancock was gowned in green taffeta
and silver lace, and Miss Mary Gray
wore pink taffeta and carried a show
sr bouquet of pink sweetpeas and
valley lilies. The little flower girl
wore white net and taffeta. The
sride’'s mother, Mrz, Fogg, wore gray
taffeta and corsage of orchids. Mrs,
£, B. Frye, of Griffin, was gowned in
blue satin and white crepe and wore
srchids.
Miss Elizabeth Robinson and Mrs.

Many supper parties were entar
tained after the opera Wednesday
evening at the Georgian Terrace and
fully 200 gueste enjoyed the dancing
later, Among those who gave large

phy, with twenty guests: Mr. and
Mrs. W.'B., Byck, twenty; Chator
Woolford, eighteen, young people, and

piece was a large silver basket filled
with Easter lilles and tied with large
green tulle' bows. The silver candle
sticks were also tied with tulle. The

cards.

gabardine combined with charmeuse.

The Atlanta Woman's Missionary ,
Association, which supports the Trav
elers’ Aid work, will meet in the Cen
tral Congregational Church Friday at
3:30 o'clock. The meeting will be
opened by the Rev, Willilam A, Lee,
pastor. of Central! Congregational
C'hurch, and the address will be made
by Dr. Henry Alford Porter, pastor of
the Second Baptist Church, on “Per
sonal Service.” « Reports will be given
and officers for the ensuing year will
be elected.
