Splendid Habit

e Open sluices of the system each

Those of us who are accustomed to
feel dull and heavy when we arise: split
'ting headache, stuffy from a cold, foul
longue, nasty breath, acid stomach
lame back, can, instead. both look and
féel as fresh as a daisy always by wash
ing the poisons and toxins from the
body witl: phosphated hot water each
Yorning.
We should drink, before breakfast, a
glass of real hot water with a teaspoon
ful of limestone phosphate in it to flush
from the stomach, liver, kidnevs and
ten vards of bowels the previous day’s
indigestible waste, sour bile and poison
ous toxins; thus cleansing, sweetening
and purifying the entire alimentary
tract before putting more food into the
stomach.
The action of limestone phosphate and
hot water on an empty stomach is won
derfully invigorating. It cleans out all
the sour fermentations, gases, waste and
acidity and gives one a splendid appe
tite for breakfast, and it is said to be
but a little while until the roses begin
to appear in the cheeks. A quarter
pound of limestone phosphate will cost
very little at the drug store, but is suf
ficient to make any one who is bothered
with biliousness, constipation, stomach
troubles or rheumatism a real enthusi
ast on_the subject of internal sanita
tion, Tr it and vou are assured that
you will look better and feel better in
every way shortly.—Advertisement.

An Amazing Inferview
With One of the Leading
Shoe Dealers of Atlanta
Mr. J. K. Jones, of Jones’ Shoe
Store, 25 West Mitche_ll street, gave
the writer some amazing facts. He
said: “Little did | dream of the tre
mendous business that | now have
would be mine when | opened my
new store at this location, which is
considered one of the best on the
street. My first Satunday’s business
opened my eyes, and the next two
Saturdays my store was so crowded
and the people in front of my win
dows that we had to have six extra
salesmen. | have more than estab
lished a business. | have created a
demand for the class of shoes that |
sell, and it has forced me to have a
buyer at the big shoe cities to meet
the demand.” The above interview
was very interesting to me, as | have
watched. his busineés grow by leaps
and bounds, until now Mr. Jones is
considered one of the leading shoe
men in the South. His mechanical
effects in his window have drawn
huge.crowds, and the cleanliness of
his store and the courtesy ha\-re been
an important factor. Mr. Jones tells
me that owing to the limited space
he has, he will be compelled to dou
ble his shelving quarters. It is with
great pride that Atlanta logks upon
Mr. Jones as one of her successful
sons in business—and have paid a
great tribute to his integrity by fill
ing his store to its capacity.—~—Adver
tisement.
