Collins Court-martial
‘ WASHINGTON, April 13.—The
President has ordered that Second
Lieutenant Herman A. Collins, 152 d
Infantry, be released from arrest and
restored to duty and the sentence of
the court-martial in his case is dls
approved. He was tried at Camp
Shelby, Miss., last December on tbp‘
charge of conspiracy and attempting
’to defraud the Government.
In the case of Captain Anderson H,
French, Jr., 154th Infantry, Camp
Beauregard, La., the sentence of dig
'missal from the army is approved by
the President. He was an officex in
the Second® Mississippi and was
charged with drunkenness.
