Colling Court-martial
WASHINGTON, April 13.—The
President has ordered that Second
Lieutenant Herman A. Collins, 152 d
Infantry, be released from arrest and
restored to duty and the sentence o%
the court-martial in his case is dls
approved. He was tried at Camp
Shelby, Miss., last December on the
charge of conspiracy and attempting
to def-aud the Government. \
In the case of Captain Anderson H.
French, Jr., 154th Infantry,~Camp
Beauregard, La., the sentence of dis
missal from the army is approved by
the President. He was an officer in.
the Second + Mississippi and was
charged with drunkenness.

Quota Taken Friday
ROME, April 13.—At an open air
rally on Broad street last night, last
ing until midnight and attended by
thousands of persons, $250,000 of Lib
erty bonds were bought, being more
than half of Floyd County's quota.
The war relic train was crowded by
people eager to see the trophies and
to hear the soldiers who had been in
'the great war.
The rest of the county’s quota will
be subscribed in a short time, Itlis be
lieyed.

table until the next wheat crop comes

The Chamber of Commerce of
Montgomery, Ala., pledged 600 homes
to abstain from the use of wheat un
