The Young People’s Missionary Society
met Thursday afternoon at the Woman's
Club room. Mrs. E. L. Cumbee was in
charge. This organization is showing
its patriotism by cutting out refresh
ments at its monthly meeting.

the Rev. Wallace Rogers, of Atlanta, at

honor was Miés Rebficca Pursley and the
best man was Mr. Renfroe, of Fort Mc-
Pherson. Misses Marie Pursley, Doug

The decorations were palms, ferns,
pink and white Dorothy Perkins roses
angd lilies. The bride was lovely in her
tailored suit of bluecloth, white em
broidered blouse and black hat. Her
corsage was of Bride roses and valley
lilies. After the reception, which was
followed by a luncheon, Rev. and Mrs.
Barton left for the wedding trip, after
which they will live in College Park. A
