HOROSCOPE.
0 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 1918,
Good and evil contend In this day's
“planefary influences, according to astrol
vgy. Neptune is in benefic and Jupiter is
ndverse,
During this configuration tbere may be
2 decline in certain lines of business, but
' this is only ome due to the dying of the
year, which meang much since 1918 was
“the most eventful of all the world's his
tory
' Neptune promises gain to owners of oil
prospects. It would seem from the posit
ng of the stars that new sources will be
frmirwi and widely distributed profits real
- lzed,
_ There is a sign most promising to deal
“ers in fine foodstuffs. Omne of the peculiar
eactions of the war will be a tendency
~ 'oward epicurean indulgences, the seers
fieclare,
This is a most favorable rule for fore
sight and large plans.
There is an aspect that appears to indi
cate that many of our soldiers will be
held overseas for a long time, but they
will never become expatriates, for they will
*emain in the service of the nation.
C‘ontrary to historical precedent after
~war conditions will be most fortunate for
- hoth employed and employers in most
mays, the seers declare.
The coming of many teachers is prog
nosticated. These will be sages and philos
sphers from distant lands.
\ctresses and singers will gain much
n honor, Mut Jittle in money during the
next few weeks, but they have briiliant
promise of future oppertunities.
This is noet a fortunate planetary gov
< ernment for bankers, brokers and finan
ciers
Persons whose birthdate it is may have
many anxieties in business in the com
«ing year. They should not risk money or
indorse paper or mpeculate,
C'hildren born on this day may be high
strung and extravagant. They may meet
swith money losses and have many misfor
tux;’u. They should be trained to frugal
hahits.
