the finder's own use or advantage, may
upon completion ther of be punished for
simple larceny. A person who finds lost
goods is legally liable to the rightful
owner for their proper care while in the
finder’'s possession, and he is legally en
titled to be reimbursed for expenses m

found, and may retain them until such
