The sea menaces during this planctary
government and again there may be
perils through severe storms.
Weeks of extraordinary weather condi
tions have been prognosticated for this
month and next. Great suffering for the
poor is indicated,
Fuel problems will be presented, owing to
extreme cold and to other causes,
Soldiers and all who are even remotely
connected with the nmk should benefit
from this day's stars, which promise great
prosperity for themn when peace 8 finally
established,
Under this government, employees of
every c¢lass should be exceedingly careful,
as the stars encourage faultfinding and a
desire for change on the part of employers.
Promotions and decorations for military
men will be numerous in the next few
weeks, but there will be enmities and dis
content mingled with honors and praise, if
Neptune's message is read aright,
The navy comes under a direction of the
stars that is rather sinister, but it will not
last long.
Newspapers should prosper greatly, but
with thelr growing success there will be

Colleges and all institutions of learning
have the forecast of widespread changes
that may be serious in first results, but
promise ultimate gains.
Teachers are subject to a rule making for
