THE LAST MOMENTS OF WILHELM THE KAISER,
_This is probably one of the last photographs to be made of Wilhelm Hohenzollern as Emperor of Germany, The photo was made
during one of his visits to Spa in Belgium, where he abdicated and fled into Holland. He is shown at the left, talking to Von Hintze. In
the center is former Emperor Charles of Austria-Hungary. The others are members of the former Kaiser's staff. Wilhelm wears the
uniform of the Austrian army.
