Here Is Procedure for
Obtaining Bonus of S6O
Allowed Discharged Men
. To make clear the exaset procedure
1o be followed by men already out of
the service in obtaining the S6O bonus
wvfihfl in the new revenue act, the
‘wr Department, the Navy Depart
ment and the Marine Corps, each for
its own branch of the servics, has
lssued the following instructions:

and a certificate from the officer by
whom final settlement of pay ao

S6O has been made.
MARINE CORPS-In applying for
the S6O bonus enlisted men of the
lnu'ino corps should forward their
discharge certificate, accompanied by
the request of payment of the bonus,
with their address, to the pay office
which handled their mcobunts at the
time of their dlscharge.
For gen diftharged on the Pacific
coast this simply means that the as
sistant paymaster of the Marine
Corps, No. 36 Annie street, San Fran
cisco, Cal, will pay the bonus,
Other men who were discharged
olsewhere will direet their applica
tion to the assistant paymaster at
the place concerned.

during the pesiod the original decu
ments are out of the possession eof
the soldier, sallor or marine, or to |
be used in securing a Government
duplicate in the event the briginal
documents are lost.

Atlanta is to have a vinggar and bev
eraf® manufacturing plant, a large
branch of the Lyons’ BHrothers Com
pany, of Los Angeles, which has branch
factorles in Loulsville, Dallas and other
citles. - The Atlanta site is to be on

will be the Houthr?u\rn headquarters
