‘Hancqek as caretakers entertained Wed
nesday night with a dance at the hostess
house at the camp. The affair was chape

with the Twenty-eighth Division, has re
turned here. Mrs. Cuyas and little daugh
ter returned with him from Atlanta, where
they had gone to meet him.

"]" HE College Park Woman's Club
held the last meeting of the
year at the clubroom on Wednesday
day afternoon at 3 o'clock. The occa
sion was one of especial significance
and beauty, being the afternoon for
the reports of the year's committees,
and the sweetpea shower. The re
ports were of great intercst and the
sweetpeas were exquisite and were
shown in large quantities. The mu
sic committee furnished two lovely
chorus numbers and after the pro
gram ice cream and cake were served.
The officers elected for the ensuing
vear are: President, Mrs. Edwin
TLong; first vice president, Mrs. Oscar
Palmour; second vice president, Mrs.
D. C. Lyle; recording secretary, Mrs.
R. G. Aderhold; corresopnding secre
tary, Mrs. W. L. Smith; treasurer,
Miss May Gray; auditor, Mrs, V. C.

The sewing Club was delightfully
entertained Friday afternoon by Mrs.
Howard Stokely.
Master Erwin Morgan entertained
about 25 of his little friends at the
home of his parents, Dr. and Mrs. E,
N. Morgan. on Hawthorne avenue,
Thursday afternoon. Lovely refresh
ments were served and each childish
heart was delighted with the unique
souvenirs of the occasion, which were
balloons of every color.
Mrs. J. F. Sellers is visiting friends
in Macon.
Mrs. Frank Anderson, off Decatur,
was the week guest of Mrs. W, C.
