About 300 Attend Happy Gather

Friday.
P — 4
Anyone having an illusion that
the Jones family is losing out in
the race with the Smiths, Browns,
Cohens or any other clan, would
have had their pe{ theory knocked
to pieces had thew been at Grant
Park Friday at the anmual reunion
of the Jones family.
About 300 Joneses were at the re
union who are descendants of the
late Rev. Robert Jones, who was
pastor of a Methodist Church in
DeKalb County about 80 years ago,
Of course lheawero some Smiths
Browns and otWer families at the
reunion, but all of the 300 were
able to trace their family tree back
to the Rev, Robert Jones of DeKalb
County.
~H. C, L. MADE NO DIFFERENCE.

Jones was a staunch believer in

Nearly everybody knows that char
coal is the safest and most efficient
flsinh-vmm and purifier in nature, but
w realize its value when taken into
the human system for the same cleans
ing purpose,
Charcoal is a remedy that the more
you take of it the better; it is not a
drug at all, but simply absorbs the
gases and impurities always present
in the stomach and intestines and
carries them out of the system.
Charecal sweetens the breath after
smoking, and after eating onlons and
other odorous vegetables,
Charcoal effectually clears and im
proves the complexion, it whitens the
teeth and further acts as a natural and
eminently safe cathartic.
It absorbs the injurious gases whieh |
collect in the stomach and bowels; it
disinfects the mouth and throat from
the poison of catarrh,
Al{ druggists sell charcoal in one form
or another, but probably the best char
coal and the most for the money is in
Stuart’'s Charcoal Lozenges; they are
composed of the fineat powdered Wil
low charcoal, and other harmless antl
septics in tablet form or rather in the
form of large, pleasant tasting lozenges,
the charcoal being mixed with lmno\'."
The dally use of these lozenges will
soon tell in a much improved f'ondl-‘
tion of the general health, better com
plexion, sweeter breath and purer
blood, and the beauty of it is, that no
possible harm can result from their
continued use, but on the contrary,
great benefit. :
A Buffalo physiclan In speakings of
the benefits of charcoal, says: 1 ad
vise Stuart's Charcoal Lozenges to all
pathents suffering from gas in stomach
and bowels, ang to clear the complex
fon and purify the breath, mouth and
throat; I also believe the liver is greatly
benefited by the daily use of them:
they cost but twenty-five cents a box
at drug stores, and although in some
sense a patent preparation, yet I be
ffeve 1 get more and better charcoal
in Stuart's Charcoal Lozenges than in
m‘{ of the ordinary charcoal tablets.”
