a result of the Improved crop condi
tions from that aectlon; in fact, con
ditions are more favorable over the n-
tire belt, which, if continued, will in
sure a good crop of cotton.
The Increased requirements of the
world's consumers will keep pace with
the Increase In production and the pro
ducer can get a fair price for his cot
ton.
