Tuberculosis Infection Is the trouble,
as diagnosed by Inspector Fisher. He
[declares, however, that the disease has
not reached the milk and that there
fore the patrons of the dairy, which Is
one of the largest here, are not in any
danger from using the milk.

An enthusiastic meeting of tho voters
of the Fifth ward was held Friday

lanta Georgian I* the best paper-stands
for the highest principles of any paper we
have over rend, and the day Is not far dis
tant when the masses of the people of Geor
gia, of the Houth, and of tne nation, will
have their eye on The Georgian as the
avowed champion of the people's rights.
On the editorial page of The Atlanta Con-
stitntlon of June 26 we noticed the most
couteiuptible article we have seen during
tho disgraceful campaign that la now being
made In our state. "Hoke recognises his
master’s voice.’* Under this headline Hoke
Hralth Is compared to a doc and pictured as
a dog licking his master's hand. Khame,
shame, shame! My God. where sr* we
drifting? For whet reason was Mr. Smith
compared to a dog? Waa It for any vile
act that he had committed? No. Was It

Macon, On., Juno 30.—Greene and
Gaynor, who have been confined in the
Bibb county Jail here pending the out
come of their appeal for a new trial,
hove asked for a transfer to tho Ra-
vannah Jail, on tho ground that they
can be nearer their attorneys.
Judge Speer has the request under
advisement.
Marshal White says, however. If tbs
requeet Is granted, Greene and Gay

ABOUT JUNE 10TH
Station B postoffice will be removed
on or about July 10 from the corner of
South Pryor and East Mitchell streets
to the corner of Mitchell street and
Madison avenue. The trend of busi
ness in that direction since the build
ing of tho new terminal station Is tho
principal cause of the removal. Tho
Bell pharmacy will occupy the vacated
building.

tle girls, 1 and 4 years of age, daugh
ters ot Duff Wilson, living near Kas-

terday by a tiny puppy, which Is
thought to have hydrophobia. Ths
children were taken to Atlanta for
