Tho postmasters will be authorized to grant such leave, and carriers of over twelve months' service, which accrues after tho Drst day of July each year, will bo entitled to pro rata leave of absence with the pay of one and one.fourth days each month during the remainder of the fiscal yoar. Young Harrison was shot by Julian Mortimer, colored, according to the boy's father, who with two aunts, accompanied him to Savannah. D. Green, colored, bad his throat cut and was stabbed !n the breast and back several times by Moss Riley, colored, at Laasltsr’s mill, near Purya- bury. Green Is expected to die.
