the contents of a bottle of carbolic acid,
Mrs. Frank Wilson, who moved here
about three weeks ago from Atlanta,
crawled under the houae at which she Is
stopping, In West End, to die. She was
found by her husband, Frank Wilson,
a painter, before the deadly add had
accomplished Urn Work, and a physician
worked upon her nearly all night. It
was reported this morning that the
woman would probably recover.
No reason Is known for the raah act,
and Mr*. Wilson refuses to talk.

To be entitled An act to provide that
any common carrier receiving proper
ty tor transportation between points
wholly within this state shall bt llnble
for any loss or damage to such prop
erty, whether caused by It or by 'any
connecting carrier over whose lines
such properly may pass; also, to pro
vide a penally for tho falldre of any
common carrier to'adjust and pay
within a time specified any Just claim
for loss or damage to property received
for transportation, and for other pur
poses.
Section 1. Be It enacted by the gen
oral assembly of the atate of Georgia,

act, any common carrier, railroad, nr
transportation company receiving
property for transportation between
