BIG RAILROAD TAX CASES CARRIED UP Chief Justice Fish has signed the writ of error in the Central of Georgia and Georgia railroads which carries the cases to the-United States supreme court. These are the famous cases In which the two roadg are combatting payment of back taxes on 15,000 shares ot stock In the Western of Alabama railroad. The fight .now Is on the contention of the railroads that they have not been taxed by due procees of law. Oh the final outcome of this case nearly a million dollars hinges.
