New York, Aug. 11.—Four alleged bucket shops, three of which ara on Broadway, were raided' by the police snd detectives yesterday on warrants Issued at the Instigation of Assistant District Attorney Garvan. Many of the prisoners taken were women. The bucket shops were all branch offices of the John A. Boardman Com pany of Philadelphia.
