The Atlantic fleet will consist of
forty.flve vessels, representing ail
classes of the up-to-date navy, mount*

The last naval review at Oyster Bay

was crowded with guests at the din
ner hour yesterday all the waitresses
went on a strike and for more than an

The chief alterations In the rules for this
season nrg as follows:
The officials of the game shall tut n ref
eree, two umpires and a llueatumi.
It is, however, allowable to dispense with
the second umpire at the discretion of tbs
two Institutions Involved.
The length of the gams has been short
ened by ten minutes, making the two
futlvea each thirty minutes In length.
