Yerkes unto himself. “Oh, heavens! Will this awful noto riety never cease?" cried Mr. Mlsner despairingly when asked If he had erased quarreling with hts wife. "It Is such on awful thing to be harrassed this way. Why can't the public let us alone. 1 love my wife devotedly and she loves me dearly. Our case la one of love If there ever was one and It Is bad to be misunderstood and have my motives Impugned. It Is not true that I was thrown out of my Wife's house In Chicago. It Is true there has been some slight trou ble. but It will come right In time. Mrs. Yerkes—I mean Mrs. Mlsner—Is getting better rapidly, and within ten days will be able to Join me here, and then we will build a little home down In Bensonhurst and go there to live In seclusion and away from the noise and chatter of Broadway."
