Rogers, of Shiloh, near here, wns fa
tally crushed by a timber w'agon Tues
day afternoon. The remains were In
terred at Shiloh. A skid, on which a
load of timber was being dragged by a
cart, rolled, catching his foot nnd
throwing him on his face. The skid
rolled on his back, breaking his leg
nnd thigh and Injuring him Internally.
