CIGAR STUB STARTS BLAZE AT CENTURY Some one In an upper office of the Century building threw a lighted cigar or cigarette on one of the Atlanta Na tional Bank's awnings Wednesday morning and pretty soon the entire awning was In a blaze. Bank clerks and cashiers ran here and there, helter skelter, trying to devise a means of saving the building but the flames con tinued on their merry way until a man In the basement brought out a patent fire extinguisher.
