A Real Estate Investment
A customer of ours recently built ten double houses on Fulton 8L,
near Martin, accommodating twenty tenants. All these houses were
rented and occupied an fast ae finished, and some tenants were moy*
tug In while carpenter* were still working on the houses. This shows
the dAland for such places. They pay a handsome return on the
outlay.
We have a few fine lots In the same subdivision, and you can build
you up a renting plant that will make 10 per cent look silly. These
. lots are close-in and In the section rents are as steady as pensions.
Only a few of these lots left, come and get a few.
